Avani Shandilya began her journey in Bharatanatyam at the age of three, developing a deep passion for the art that continues to shape her artistic path. She received her foundational training under Smt. Latika Unni in New York and is currently pursuing advanced training under the esteemed Smt. Lakshmi Priya Raja of Chennai. Through years of dedicated practice and performance, Avani has evolved into a versatile artist known for her expressive storytelling, technical precision, and commitment to preserving India's classical dance traditions.

She has also had the privilege of learning from and performing in productions choreographed by the renowned Guru Kalaratna Dr. Sanjay Shantharam of Bengaluru, further enriching her artistic repertoire and stage experience.
